Shipments made in Spain will have a delivery time of 24 - 48 business hours, except for the Canary Islands*, Ceuta and Melilla, which could take up to 6 business days.
While, in Europe, the delivery time is 3 - 5 business days.
In the rest of the world, delivery of orders takes up to 7 business days.
When a customer refuses an international delivery (especially in a country with custom taxes), the brand has the right to charge the customer for return shipping and custom fees (for return to sender). The total fees will be deducted from the customer's refund.
