All of our products are manufactured to the highest specifications and should, with sufficient care and attention, last a long time.
We provide a free repair/fix service on bags that may have been damaged, for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. This free service does not apply to other products.
Please contact our customer service by email at help@saonarabrand.com to inquire about a repair. Not all repairs are possible, however we will endeavor to meet your needs.
The leathers we work with at SAONARA are rigorously selected and comply with sustainability regulations, so they have to be properly cared for.
We advise you to store your items in our cotton dust cover when you are not using them.
Avoid all contact with abrasive substances and perfumes, makeup, creams, oil, hydro-alcoholic hand gel...
Avoid direct exposure to the sun and heat and contact with water. If your item gets wet, remove excess moisture, without rubbing, with a soft cloth and let it dry at room temperature.
It is not advisable to wear light leather items with a dark garment.
Avoid using generic leather cleaning products. that can deteriorate the skin.
